You’re looking at a newly minted novice pony! Sinchow had a super professional move-up at this past Saturday at Poplar. He scored a 27 in the dressage and had beautiful jumping phases with just a rail added and a little time on XC. We were definitely taking it slow with the mud and beat up ground from people schooling the day before. Despite the ground and it being a move-up, Sinchow had his most confident XC run ever!! Didn’t hesitate to anything. I’m so proud of the horse he’s maturing into. Can’t wait for the next ❤️ (video recap coming soon🥰)

The canter we could ride all day ✨

Developing young horses can be difficult but it’s so rewarding. Vinny made it easy. Safe and sane, he’s fun for us pros to ride but can canter cross rails with a kiddo too. Can’t wait to find him his perfect person🤍

I could not be more grateful for this creature. He’s been with me through my highest of highs and lowest of lows. From 3 and 20 to 7 and 23, I’m so excited for more years of growth together. I always said I would eventually sell him or that I should have already sold him, but this horse heals my soul. Be grateful for your ponies each and every day, because it’s a privilege to share a life with them 🤍

Since Sinchow’s kissing spine diagnosis almost a year ago, I’ve been riding in a county solutions monoflap for all three phases. I never thought I could flat so well in a jump saddle but this one keeps me stable and balanced enough to let me let Sinchow move his best. Thankful to our area rep Cindy Adcock for always checking in and adjusting as Sinchow fills out his topline. Thank you County Saddles! 🤍🥰

Throwback to the cutest little baby hunter pony 🥰 Happy Tuesday eveyone! Anyone have any favorite ways to stay cool or any favorite working snacks? On top of drinking a ton of water, I absolutely love water melon, bag popcorn, and trail mix for keeping me energized during a long hot day.

After some thought I’ve decided to just run Que and Sinchow in a CT at the Chatt schooling show next month. It’s not worth risking over heating after hearing that a few did at area champs. I hope those ponies are okay and I hope eveyone makes the best decision in this heat for their ponies 🤍 I’m excited to showcase Que’s dressage improvements and get him jumping a bit better in the next couple weeks 🤩

Oh how I miss jumping the big stuff with this horse 🤍 He wasn’t the fanciest and we never won the dressage, but he had a heart of gold and we had so much fun together. In 2 novices, 10 trainings, and 2 modifieds, he never had a single XC jump penalty. Love my Rocket Man🚀

Que jumping with confidence over the stone wall at Chatt Hills in June ✨

Back from the gym and now starts my “weekend”…😅 It took me a long time to figure out how to take a day off from work and the barn. Sundays are my one day I take to restart and chill and get ready for the week ahead. I did 16 rides and lunging sessions this week and worked out 3 days so I’m definitely feeling it. Learn where to give yourself a break and give yourself some grace, especially in this heat. This sport is so easy to burn out in. I hope eveyone has a great rest of their weekend. I’m already excited to get back at it Monday morning 🤩🙌🏼

This week Sinchow got his routine massage with Moore Equine Bodywork, LLC🤩 Leila is one of his absolute favorite people, he just melts. She’s made such a difference in his body and I’m so grateful for her! Sinchow has some mild kissing spine in his lower back and her bodywork and MagnaWave combo keeps him happy so we can work hard fo keep building strength 💪🏻 Thank you, Leila!! (Second and third photo are from this past winter but the results are always the best)
