Good evening everyone,

Attached here is the map for the upcoming show!

Vendors - Please look this over ASAP! If there are any errors we need to know no later than 7 pm (TODAY October 3rd) to make corrections. To contact us please use the Message feature to contact us so that we do not miss your message. When messaging Please make sure to indicate which Company you represent so that we can address your concerns asap. Please do not leave messages in the post thread as we may not get your message.

Set up times are as follows: This Friday 10/4/2024 from 4 pm to 8 pm via the venue Entrance. Set up on Saturday will be from 7 AM to 9:45 AM. We encourage all vendors to plan ahead for delays as there are some detours along route 81 for those coming from the south.

All vehicles must be moved from the entrance area by 8:45 AM as VIP starts at 9 AM. We also ask to please be mindful of handicapped parking areas as those are for those with proper tags/plates.

V.I.P and Advanced sale Tickets are still available on our website.
If you intend to purchase tickets with a debit/credit card please make sure you get your tickets online. We will be taking cash or electronic tickets only at the door.

As a reminder to all guests, we all love our reptiles and pets dearly, however, we ask that you please leave your pets at home for their safety and for the safety of all of the animals our vendors are bringing to the show.
