24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
— Any adjustments must be made over 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. If cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment, the appointment will be missed. This includes emergencies, inclement weather, etc.
5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
— Dog(s) must be in salon no more than 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time or the appointment will be missed.
ALL MISSED APPOINTMENTS & NO SHOWS MUST BE PAID IN FULL
