She needs adopted! She is a sweet dog

Scrolling through facebook has become a depressing exercise for me. Page after page of homeless, dumped dogs with pleading eyes and people comment saying "Someone save this dog!" How about that someone be you?
My phone rings nonstop and I will not even begin to tell you the latest dog emergency, but that will be coming soon. However, for starters, here is Miss Piggy's dilemma.
Someone apparently dumped her in Osage County on a country road, still wearing her black harness. Why? Did they think the new owners would want it..And all efforts to find the owners have failed.
Can the public not see what the economic crisis in our country has done to the animal world? Dog and cats are being dumped by the thousands, shelters are full and the innocent pay the price.
She is about three years old and has obviously been a family pet at one time. She needs a quiet place to land and just be a companion to someone who needs company. She cannot stay where she is.....so if you know of anyone who might be interested, please call me...785-221-6247

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! My Christmas Schedule is Closed December 26th and December 27th. I will be open the 28th and 29th to get Pups ready for New Years! If you are wanting to get in before Christmas it is best to schedule ahead of time as the week before Christmas will be busy.

September 22 and 23, 2023 the Auburn Fair will be going on!! There are some fun things happening! Dachshund Races are September 23rd at 1:00 Registration starts at 12:30. Also there is a Pet Parade, Parade starts at 5:00 Pm I have entry forms here at the salon. I also have Cow pie bingo spots Available and 50/50 raffle tickets here at the salon!

Good morning, I just wanted to let everyone know next week is going to be a little crazy. I will be closed Wednesday, and open til only noon on Thursday and Friday. Please be patient with me next week it is going to one of those busy Mom weeks. My two boys have their 4-H fair. If you leave a message I will Return them when I can. I have a bit of a situation this is Little Man he is a 3 month old Chihuahua Pomeranian he is staying with me until he finds his forever home so please help me find him a good home! He is super sweet
