Went through some of our old cutting dies the other day & decided to whip some items up for product testing.
The minimalist wallet is pretty slick, but the key cover leaves a bit to be desired, so back to the drawing board.
That said, keep an eye out for some new product offerings from us over the next few months!

We don't have a physical storefront, so one of the great things about participating in community events is the feedback we get on new and current products. These are some of the items we took to the past two weekend's shows. It’s been many years since we have had the opportunity to be in the community at one of these shows, so it was exciting to be able show some of our designs made with new and different leathers. Based on the response, you will be seeing a few of these items on our website in the very near future!

If you've ever wondered about the edge finishing on our Rolled Collars, here's how they look at each step of the process.
After being formed and sewn, each collar has rough squared edges.
We remove material by bevelling all the back edges and then dampen the collars to prep them for burnishing (slicking). This step in the edge finishing process smooths out all the rough spots and gives the collar a pleasant hand feel.
From there, each collar's edges are painted by hand to set the leather, as well as for esthetic reasons.
From there, that group of collars is brought over to the next station for size stamping and riveting, the last two steps in the production process.
