While you are enjoying all of the gameday festivities this weekend, a team of detection K9s and their handlers are working tirelessly to ensure that you are safe. The dogs screen every contractor and vehicle that enters the stadium and conduct constant sweeps to make sure nothing is awry. K9s also patrol outside of the stadium, sniffing for any person-borne or vehicle-borne threats. Thank you and War Eagle!

Jemma Constant โ24 is yet another student that arrived at Auburn with an interest in large animal studies. But like many other college students today, she soon found the costs of attending veterinary school threatened to overwhelm her veterinary dreams.
Fortunately, receiving a Bartlett Scholarship allowed Constant to focus her priorities entirely on her studies. โGetting this scholarship was truly an answer to prayers,โ she said. โI was able to focus on my veterinary career and spend my extra time engaging in research opportunities and working with the clinicians at Auburn."

The purpose of the program is to promote intensive involvement of veterinary students in laboratory research with Auburn Vet Med faculty. Mentors for the students are highly experienced research faculty with established research programs. Congratulations to Walter Baker, Auburn Vet Med DVM candidate in the class of 2028, on being named one of the first annual awardees of the Mike Dunn, DVM Veterinary Student Scholarship presented by the VIN Foundation!

Donors had the opportunity to spend time with the students whose lives their gifts have impacted.
