We've been asked to share our wish list again. The rescue is struggling like most rescue's. Donations are always appreciated be it in the form of money for the emergency fund or a food donation. Bailey is our most senior cat now. At 17 both her hearing and her vision are having issues but she’s doing great. She knows how to tell time and her internal clock has a very loud alarm when it’s treat time

Marmalade has a cold. It started with Precious and has moved through the family but most everyone is feeling better. Marmalade is the last to catch it.

Precious is turning into the best little emotional support kitty. She knows where she is needed and shares the love. When we lost Sméagol, she slept with Brian. When we lost Phantom, she cuddled Zach. I’m having a bad day so she’s snuggling me. I think she may have found her calling. Toto was playing with Healey ButtButt yesterday!

Momma has been working on bags and things for the shop. She does this to raise money for the cats day to day expensive. They have 21 indoor cats who are full time residents and there are still 3 outside that are part-timers. Two live next door but come to the sanctuary to eat and one is from the street behind them that comes to eat. She's an indoor/outdoor cat. All the profits from the shop (there are candles and shirts too) go to care for the cats. Most of the material was gifted to Momma. Please check out the store, if you can't make a purchase, please share the link. Momma really hates asking for donations, she'd rather you get something for your donation.

Healey ButtButt misses his friends. Him and Phantom liked to cuddle on the pillow next to me every night. It’s so hard here without him.

I am absolutely heartbroken to report that Phantom has crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge. Even though we did everything that we could have done, his kidney’s were gone. The most humane thing to do was help him cross. He was the last of the original feral colony. He came in with kidney issue and we were able to give him an extra 9 years. Zach is devastated. We all are but him especially. They bonded. Phantom was our Daddy Cat, he taught the others how to be a cat. He’s with MimmyJoe, Midnight, Sméagol and all the other DoLittle Cats. He left knowing that he was loved and cherished.

Friends, we need your thoughts, prayers, good vibes, etc. Phantom, our most senior cat (19) is not doing well at all. He has an URI that is overtaking him quickly. He’s lost a ton of weight in the last month and it’s really not looking good for him. I’m going to try to get him into the vet but we have no emergency funds.
