Starting pay is Above minimum wage, goes up with experience
Starting wage is $15-$18 depending on experience.

Good judgment, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and appreciation of livestock, pets, animal care, and local agriculture are essential.
Duties include:
* Loading orders for customers professionally and accurately (orders include feed, hay, and other supplies and equipment)
* Learning about products and assisting in meeting customers’ needs
* Providing outstanding and courteous service to all customers
* Receiving and stocking inventory
* Driving he forklift
* Maintaining clean and orderly premises, yard, and store
* Communicating clearly and professionally with all coworkers, management and customers
Skills and Qualifications:
* High standards and commitment to excellence, particularly in the area of customer service and attention to detail
* Effective and clear communication skills
* Team-based approach
* The ability to read and understand loading and receiving documents
* Prior experience and interest in animal feed, care, husbandry, pet food and supplies, and local agriculture
* Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
* Ability to follow directions accurately
* Desire to physically work hard and ability to repeatedly lift bags of feed (often 50-75 lbs) and move bales of hay (100 lbs or more)
* Strong, fit, and healthy
* Punctual, honest, reliable, and diligent
