Here is a use for the extra pumpkin! Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
1 cup milk (organic dairy OR non dairy works here, I have used organic coconut milk from a can, almond milk, and cashew milk all with excellent results)
1 cup favorite hot brewed coffee
1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree (NOT Pumpkin pie filling. The only ingredient should be: Pumpkin)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsps raw honey or pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix:
1.5 Tbsps ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and well combined.
Serve warm, sip and enjoy!

DIY cat toy box
Create a homemade cat puzzle that stimulates your feline friend’s curiosity and playfulness. You’ll need a disposable food container (preferably with a 9½ cups capacity), a utility knife, sharp scissors, a black marker, rubbing alcohol, a lighter, small adhesive rubber casters, and an assortment of cat toys and treats. Start by flipping the container upside down and affixing the rubber casters to stabilize it. Then draw your desired shapes on the lid with the marker, ensuring varying sizes for different challenge levels. Carefully cut out these shapes using the utility knife and scissors.
To keep it neat and safe, remove any remaining marker traces with rubbing alcohol and smooth the edges of the shapes with the lighter. Now, fill the container with diverse cat toys and treats. A key aspect of this DIY project is its affordability. Reuse old toys or common household items your cat enjoys playing with. Add a larger opening for beginner-level accessibility to make the game fun and engaging, not frustrating.
