Carlie is a Veterinary Technician at Auburndale Veterinary Clinic. She recently joined our team but has been a technician for 2 years. Animals and their welfare have always been Carlie's passion and being able to work as a Veterinary Technician lets her help as many animals as possible. Thank you for all that you do!

Datoria (Toia) has been a Veterinary Technician at Auburndale Veterinary Clinic for 1 year. She deiced to get into the Veterinary field because she loves animals more than anything in the world and looks forward to figuring how to make them feel and live better every day. She said "I was honestly that kid that used to carry loose kibble in my pocket on the way to school, for strays and managed to bring a couple home, so I always had a passion to help them. " Datoria loves her job because she looks forward to seeing her patients every day and helping them stay healthy. We are so glad to have her on our team and appreciate her hard work and dedication to all of our fur babies!

On Friday, December 8th, we will be closing at 3 pm to celebrate Christmas with our team at our annual Christmas party. Our team works hard all year long and we appreciate your understanding as we take the time to honor their commitment and celebrate this season. 🎄

Kobe the German shepherd came in for GI issues, and his brother Hogan just came in for moral support! Kobe had bacteria in his stool so we sent him home with antibiotics and probiotics and we hope he feels better soon!

Leroy came in for his last set of puppy vaccines and a nail trim! Puppies need multiple rounds of booster vaccines to help their immune system fight off diseases. They start off with some inherited antibodies from their mother, but those will decrease over the first few months of their life, so we time their vaccines accordingly!

Bolt and Blaze were both nervous for their nail trims, but with some encouragement and distraction they braved through it! Giving medication before an appointment can be a good option for super anxious pets, or simply distracting them with a treat while they get their nail trim or vaccines done works for some!
