For those who follow our page for future puppies, we will not be having any litters this year. There are many available pups from excellent and responsible breeders. We are taking a break and focusing on personal health and wellness. God bless.

Ferg is going to be a big girl. Her feet are huge compared to her momma and she has a very broad body. Taking after her Daddy’s side. 😊Or aunt Ethel.

Ferg is learning it’s safer to stay inside unless we allow her out. Roz is a good teacher and a “zap” collar helps too 😁

Ferg 💕such a good girl when she is alone. How are her siblings doing??
07/15/2022
Mr Bo is a Leo and Izzy son. What a handsome stud!!

Since our Izzy has retired from breeding she has gotten a gorgeous thick and longer coat than she had before. She is still one active girl for being 10 years old.

What a joy it is to visit our special friends at CDS.

The reality of trying to keep things clean. Leo is such a big “help “when the water hose comes out. Izzy is hiding inside so not to get wet.
05/24/2022
We are grateful for the wonderful families that have chosen a puppy from us. We are blessed to know they are all so loved.
05/23/2022
All bathed and ready to go to the vet this morning. Everyone checked out in excellent health.

Pups are 7 weeks old. They sure are a bundle of energy.
We are 6 weeks old and having a blast playing outside with Roz.
Puppies are growing and doing great!! 7 days old. Enjoy the squeaking.
Roz sport'n a new hat. She is so tolerant of us. :)
This girl realized she could come to me for help to get a hold of the frisbee. She did eventually figure out how to pick it up on her own. I have never had a pup that would bring it back like Roz does, they usually just take it and chew it up.
Roz learning to tolerate sunglasses. This girl is so much fun and smart.
Living with these beautiful and intelligent dogs has been a lifetime of experiences for Bob and I (Loretta). I had a German Shepherd for 9 years when I was farming, she was the most energetic and smart dog, it was fun to watch her and realize how intelligent she was, she had her ways to tell me what she wanted without any real training. She just got to be a dog on the farm and stay in the house when she wanted. Bob has had German Shepherds all his life. He began breeding sometime in the 80’s. With owning his own business, his dog was always by his side and many people wanted a dog like his. He has had several dogs over the years but Brandi was by far his best and favorite. Customers were so impressed with her temperament that he had her bred and began a legacy of awesome German Shepherds. Our girls are all descendants of Brandi.
Bob & I have been together since 2009 and once again he wanted to breed his dog as he had taken a few years away from puppies. Jill is that dog who once again kindled our love of these dogs and working with them. Jill is a granddaughter of Brandi.
I personally had never dealt with whelping puppies before meeting Bob. I was a bit reluctant but he assured me it would be fun. So here we are 10 years later with 7 German Shepherds. They each have their own personality and are so smart. I have learned how to work with them to bring out their intelligence and desire to help and please. Our dogs are true working dogs with incredible drive and working ability. They are naturally protective and very loyal. We have been selective in who we breed our girls too, to maintain optimum health and solid temperament. We just recently purchased a male to raise as our own stud. Bob & I really like the darker colored shepherds, it is just a personal preference. So we decided on an all black long coat male.
We are considered hobby breeders. Breeding our girls only once a year, giving them plenty of time to recoup and maintain optimum health for the next litter. We only have 2 dogs at breeding age at a time. They are a full 2yrs old before breeding and we retire them at 8yrs old. We do not re-home our girls, they remain our life long companions and security dogs for the shop. So only one or two litters available per year.
Our 7 dogs are Jill and her daughters, Frank (yes a girl), Ethel, and Izzy. Izzy’s daughter Red and Red’s daughter Ginger. Leo is our new stud.
