CSR Courtney is spending her morning at WMMR's Camp Out for Hunger event, located in the parking lot of Xfinity Live!. She is also accompanied by some gorgeous, available for adoption pups with . They will be hanging out until around 11:00a - so if you are in the area, stop by, say hello, and bring along a non-perishable food item to donate!

Blaze is 3 weeks post-op from his single eye enucleation. He is healing up great and getting back to his energetic, playful self. We are very thankful for Metro Vet, Dr. Chloe Spertus and the Ophthalmology team! Throughout this difficult situation, they have helped us make the best decision for our boy and made sure we were well-informed every step of the way. We appreciated all the check-ins during his recovery and everyone's kindness and caring nature towards both us and our pup.

Let's keep our pets safe this holiday season by remembering these important tips. If you are having guests over, stress the importance of keeping the outside doors closed. If your pet is a door dasher, keep them safe in another room while guests arrive. Are children on the guest list? Keep interactions supervised between visiting children and your pets for both of their safety. Also, see infographic for food NOT to share with your furry family and some options for some holiday safe treats.

Our newest Oncology Graduate is Wilson! He finished his last chemotherapy treatment Tuesday! He is currently being seen by our Medical Oncologist, Dr. Suzanne Rau. Wilson is the best patient! He never fails to make the whole team happy, and has a large fan base at MVA! He loves spending time with his human snuggled up at home. Congratulations to Wilson for graduating!

This is Maverick! He came in to see Dentist Dr. Corinne Durand for a tumor in his lower jaw. We are happy to report that at his recheck this week, Dr. Durand let his family know she was able to remove the entire tumor. And just as happy to hear the owners say he's been doing great at home since his surgery! Way to go Maverick!

Our ICU Nurse Jess visited our veterinary partners at Devon Veterinary Hospital for CPR training this afternoon. The relationships that we have in the veterinary community is very important to MVA, as well as being able to supply them with some tools that can help their team.

We had the privilege of meeting the sweetest boy yesterday, and we couldn't go another minute without everyone meeting him.
Tuukka is an 8 year old American Bulldog that came in to see our neurologist Dr. Daniella Vansteenkiste for first time seizure activity. His MRI unfortunately didn't give the best news, but he is under the absolute best care with his family at home.
Looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks Tuukka ❤😘

Our newest Oncology graduate is Cooper! He finished his last chemotherapy treatment a few weeks ago! He is currently being seen by our Medical Oncologist, Dr. Suzanne Rau. Cooper is the happiest doodle! He loves to wag his tail and say hi to everyone, and he LOVES his toys and treats! Congratulation on Cooper for graduating!

Phoenix, the sweetest (and cutest) 5 year old Australian Kelpie, came in today for a Right TPLO procedure with surgeon Dr. Tim Schwab. She is such a brave girl and did so well 😍🥰
