Ollie here has been attending boarding on and off for a couple years now! She’s more on the nervous side so simple tasks like going outside to use the potty can be stressful for her. In order to get her to walk the yard I have to squat down, pet her, give some words of encouragement, stand up, walk back a couple feet and repeat the process until she finds the spot she wants to use and this process can take up to 15 minutes. She has come a long way since the very first time she started boarding! I am so proud of her and her accomplishments!
Splish splash💦 😂💖
Dixie sure knows how to beat the heat!💖💦🐶
Ms. Piper!💖
This is why I do what I do. Loving all these babies throughout the year makes my heart so happy, but as many know, senior pups (especially the ones I’ve watched grow old over the years) have a special place in my heart. You don’t know true love till you have loved a senior dog. Senior dogs (and honestly senior animals in general) can truly teach us so much about life if you just pay attention. They show that love never grows old, they show us it’s easy to be kind and how precious time is, and they show that there is absolutely no shame in growing old. Is it hard to watch them age? Absolutely. It’s honestly one of the hardest things, but I will forever be beyond blessed to care for all of these babies (young and senior). All these dogs (and literally every other animal) have truly taught me so much about life. I'm 100% a completely different person today than I was before starting my business.
Our camera caught Ms. Piper wanting all the love and attention while they had their play time outside. Watching this sweet girl age hasn't been easy, but it's such a blessing in its own ways. Capturing memories (such as this) for their owners is one of the greatest gifts I could possibly give to all of my clients.💖
I will forever be extremely grateful for my role in this world. To many, I may just be someone who watches dogs, but God knew what I needed, and he knew all of these animals (and even some of my clients, even if I don’t realize it) needed me as well. It takes a special human to genuinely care for an animal and always put the animals' needs before their own.
One thing about me…We’re going to make sure we can play fetch🎾 regardless or snow❄️or shine☀️!🐾Happy dogs here for sure!🥰
