Hands to Paws Rescue

Located in Augusta, Georgia. We are a grassroots organization that begin with incorporation in 2015. We have NO PHYSICAL FACILITY as we are a foster home rescue!

Hands to Paws Rescue provides education, direct care and cooperative efforts for those in need of access to rescue, fostering and adoption of animals in the CSRA. Organized initially by Kathryn Ellis with friends and family that were concerned about the animal situation in the CSRA. The group received initial Non-profit status in September 2016 and have been GA Dept of Agriculture licensed since 2

016. To this day the rescue continues to be an All-volunteer, non-paid Board of Directors. All activities are volunteer-based and the rescue is an All-donation (or grant) based funding rescue! Adoption events this weekend Saturday 11 - 3 and Sunday 12-4 at PetSmart in Augusta. Weekdays by appointment only.

We were able to trap and spay 7 female cats over this weekend. Each female cat can have over 100 kittens over her lifetime. Our combined efforts for this weekend have prevented over 700 possible unwanted cats from entering the cat distribution system. We're very grateful to make an impact with your help!

These two sisters just can't wait to wish you a Merry Christmas! Jazzy is on the left and Jellybean is on the right.

This incredibly sweet pair are sisters from the same litter. They are 6 years old and came from a rough living situation so they take some time to warm up and trust you.
Jazzy is the more social of the two but once they warm up to you they love pets and to play! They both drool when they are getting scritches.
Jazzy LOVES belly scratches and playing with her catnip rainbow. She will curl up on your arm for belly scratches.
Jellybean LOVES under chin scritches and playing with any toy at the end of a string! Once she warms up to you she is a lap cat.

They are fixed and vetted.
