Located in Augusta, our talented staff provides grooming and day care for dogs as well as boarding services for dogs and cats of all ages. Grooming services include full groom, bath, brush out and touchups, as well as flea treatment, de-shedding, de-matting, teeth brushing and nail trimm

ing options. Our Play-Day program offers quality care for your babies with the attention and exercise they need during the day. Unlike traditional kennels, guests at D’Tails leave their suites early in the morning and play all day with free run of the facility, indoor and out, until they’re ready for bed. We’ve never met a stranger here at D’Tails and love welcoming new pets into our family! Good morning to all of our customers! It is almost time to start back with our play dates! We are so excited and have missed seeing your fur babies and we hope they have missed us as well. As the time gets closer we would like to share a few changes and updates that will happen once play dates resume.
Play dates will now be by appointment only. Please call and schedule your play day! We offer play dates every day of the week except Sunday. All dogs must have a current rabies vaccine and a kennel cough vaccine. No exceptions.
As a reminder they will resume on December 3, 2024. We can’t wait to see all of our friends!

WE’VE HAD MORE THAN A COUPLE CASES OF UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS COME THROUGH OUR FACILITY IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF PRECAUTION, AND WITH THANKSGIVING RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER, WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO SUSPEND ALL DAYCARE AND BOARDING.
BOARDING WILL RESUME NOVEMBER 11TH.
PLAYDAYS WILL RESUME DECEMBER 3RD.

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Good morning! We are up and running this morning but our phones and internet are still down. If you have an appointment today or up coming please come on your scheduled day. Once our phones are working we will reschedule all of those who missed their appointment during the days we were not able to be open. Play days are limited at this time. We appreciate all the patience you guys have shown us through this difficult time for us all.

Good morning! We will be removing the tree from the parking lot today, weather permitting. If you are unable to enter, please make use of the adjacent church parking lot. We will be more than happy to assist with transporting your pet. We can accept cash, check, or cash app. Additionally, due to the ongoing curfew, our hours of operation will be adjusted to 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We have power! We will be open for pickups today. Water is very slow. (We have plenty in reserve) Grooming is suspended until we resolve the water issue. We will be in touch to reschedule.

Due to widespread power outages, we are temporarily unable to provide grooming services. However, all pets currently in our care are safe and healthy. We will work on rescheduling appointments once power is restored.

All your baby's here are safe and dry. We've had some fence damage and a tree down in the parking lot and no power at the moment but considering ourselves lucky.
