This precious little Christmas miracle found her family today. 🎄

She checked out great at the vet and got her first set of shots.

The vet says she’s likely 8 weeks old.

They’re gonna pick her up tomorrow, so we are soaking in all the puppy cuddles between now and then 🥰🥰🥰 Soooooo thankful to have been a small part of this sweet baby’s story.

She was found 45 minutes from where I live, beside her deceased mama chihuahua who had been hit by a car. She was found by a roofing company who was coming to my town to do a roof. They just happened to ask the homeowner whose roof they were replacing, what they could do with a baby orphaned Chihuahua. What are the odds that it was a close friend of mine !? 🙌

The roofer drove the puppy straight over.

Now we have this precious angel baby girl 🎀. We gave her a much needed bath (2 actually, because she was covered in fleas), a flea pill, some dewormer, and we have a vet appt tomorrow to get her first puppy shot. She has her teeth, so she’s probably around 6-8 weeks, but I will verify that tomorrow after the vet appointment.

She’s obviously mixed so I have no idea what other dog breed combinations are in her DNA (maybe Jack Russell?) or how big she will get. She is 4 pounds right now.

She’s so sweet and scared, but LOVED the doggie food we gave her and she drank her weight in water when she first arrived !! I know she came just to ME from that country road in Dearing, because someone on this page is her perfect forever family 💖💖💖

The other cool part ? It’s Christmas time and she reminds us so much of the puppy from this darling Christmas movie.
