The Cascade Equestrian Team is seeking donations of tack, western house hold items, or anything equine related to sell at the Canby Tack sale in order to pay for their teams expenses such as; Stalls and Fees associated with competing at both District & State levels. Fee free to reach out if you would like to donate. We have a big team this year, and will represent our community with pride! Go Cascade!

If you have a Cascade High student that loves horses, come check out this year’s Cascade’s Equestrian team this Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 6:30pm in the high school library. This is a fun team of students (and parents!) that want to welcome new members to work together and have a ton of fun. Come by and check it out!

Our local OHSET team will have a booth at Canby Tack Sale! We would love any donations of equine tack, blankets, show cloths ect. To help fill the booth. This may not look like much to some folks but this means the world to me! This 20,000 square feet is our sand outdoor arena, that my family and I hand pick rocks out of for the last 2 days. Hard work, family time, good conversations, all done with the dedication to our farm. Talk about blessed, we sure are!

We said goodbye to our old man today. The last of the original horses we brought to the farm. Gave him a nice resting place in the shade next to his favorite blackberry patch. Goodbye for now Takoda, we'll see you someday in the pasture...
