Updated: He has found a home

If anyone is looking for an older, 6 years old, black and white husky please let me know.
One of our Grandpups is coming back to us. His name is Loki. He is an Arabella x Apollo pup born 3/24/2017

Loki is coming back no fault of his own. He was his previous owners best friend!

I'm headed to pick him up this afternoon. And will post more then including pictures

So far we've learned he's a little head shy, doesn't like his head touched. But thinking it's because he's scared. He's given me kisses and so far seems pretty calm....
Not a fan of being leashed. But he walks well once he's on it.

He is neutered and registered; since we got him from the pound not the previous owner. I'm working with the AKC to see how we go about getting him transferred. Lots of being hung up on and being in hold, I'll try again tomorrow.

He's good with kids, 10 years old and 20 months. Not a huge fan of his crate, guessing because of his last few nights being traumatic.

We're slowly introducing him to our 4 legged kids. Nadiya and Arabella don't seem to mind him. He wants to play.

Helping our friend rehome their furbaby are an unexpected life altering trauma.

She is AKC. She came from a breeder in Toledo. She is smaller. But she’s healthy. Her records are at Auburn Animal Hospital. She is a year and a half. She is used to regular grooming. She’s a good girl. Good with kids and adults. But is very puppy.

Hello friends. We are trying to help out a family close to us. Unfortunately her husband has has suffered a traumatic brain injury. Recovery while going in the right direction isn't working with their homestead. Forcing them to downsize.

We're trying to help get their dogs rehomed, mainly because we don't know much about chickens and peacocks.

They have two 6 year old Great Danes needing a new home.

The dogs are brother and sister and would need to go together. They will best in a home without other animals and kids 5+
They want ALL of your attention.
Carson is the male, 1st 2 pictures and River is the female last 3 pictures.

We haven't posted in awhile. Navigating with a 13 month old toddler is a very new experience for us.

A friend has had a whoops litter. Mama took herself for a walk and came home pregnant 🤷‍♀️

They have a 4/5 month old female left. She's very sweet, about 40% housebroken. She does well in a crate

We have had a rough few days. Sunday we made the very difficult decision to put our 17 year old lab, Hailey down.

Although not a husky, she was in spirit. She played hard and worked harder to keep up with them and keep them in line.

She taught them all how things work and how to be a good dogs. We think we got her when she was around 4 years old; but 13 years doesn't seem long enough. Thank you for all you did for us Hailey.

RIP sweet girl. Run free with our other fur babies.
Be that Circus Puppy Chris always thought you could be!

Arabella and Thor were attacked by a Raccoon yesterday morning.

Thor seems fine, no visible marks. The raccoon did have Thor by the neck, Arabella swooped in and helped get it off of him.

Arabella has a swollen eye with a few bites/cuts near it. Luckily no damage was done to her eyeball. Just waiting for the swelling to go down.

Animal control came and removed the racoon.

We cannot believe it is the end of April already!! This year is flying!! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!!

Apologies for not posting as frequently, we have been quite busy of late. It doesn't mean we aren't loving seeing all our grandpups over on IG and when everyone posts to our page 🥰

We are currently waiting for Arabella to go into heat. We thought she would have gone into heat already, but she hasn't

🐺Miss Nadiya has gained some weight since last year and her spay; so we are working extra hard on getting her down to a more 'acceptable' weight...she blames covid😀

For anyone who has a fellow escape artist and is looking for a way to more easily track their pup when they escape--
We have started using the Fi collars on all the dogs. Now, we have used just about every single GPS device they've made through the years. This one has by far outshined EVERYTHING we have used in the past and is more reasonably priced---We invested in FI after the last deer that a certain pup chased had us very concerned about finding him.
For those who haven't heard of Fi- it is a GPS collar that tracks your pup. It works off of the LTE-M(cell phone) signal. We have noticed that it is accurate within about 20 feet of the dog.
The battery of the collar lasts about 2 weeks for us. Added bonus- it tells you how many steps and how active your pup is in a day!!!

We actually lost Stunner's collar in the snow but we were able to find it using a GPS detector, 3 days after it was buried in the snow😲 The device is still working strong!! Customer service is incredible; with 7 huskies, I asked a lot of questions prior to ordering and I still think of some and they are incredibly easy to work with!
