AAHA-Accredited Hospital Day, also known as AAHA Day, is celebrated annually on July 22nd. The day is a chance to recognize the American Animal Hospital Association's (AAHA) accredited hospitals for their commitment to providing excellent care for pets and their owners. It also serves as an opportunity to thank the hospitals for upholding high standards.
To become AAHA accredited, hospitals must pass a 900-point evaluation that assesses their safety protocols, equipment, veterinary knowledge, and other areas of pet health care.
