**Job Description**:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their reptile and tropical fish needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers with product selection
- Providing expert advice on reptile and fish care
- Maintaining clean and healthy environments for our animals
- Feeding, cleaning, and caring for reptiles and tropical fish
- Managing inventory and stocking shelves
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Assisting with store events and promotions

**Requirements**:
- Passion for reptiles and tropical fish
- Knowledge of animal care and husbandry (experience preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to animal care
