This little girl y’all!!! I am smitten!

Valentina is 3 months old and so ready to go to her forever home! She was rescued off a Texas euthanasia list with her heartworm positive mom and NINE siblings!! Now she is one of two puppies left! She is working on her potty training, is learning to be polite (no jumping.. its a work in progress 🥴), is super people oriented and has tested well with lots of people/volunteers and the other pups she has met so far!! She is already spayed and has all her puppy shots and is wasting her puppy months away in our center!! Someone come pick this girl up asap!!

Momma violet and her adorable babies were rescued from Houston Texas where they ended up on the Euthanasia list. The shelters are just overflowing and even puppies are having a harder time finding adoptive homes. Her eyes just broke my heart, she was terrified being in the shelter and just wanted to protect her babies.

We were sooo full already but I saw the email come through several days in a row until there was no time left for them. Momma Violet was incredibly malnourished and also suffering from heartworm so she wasn't a dog that was going to have much luck finding placement.

We had to save the family and bring them to Colorado and so we made it work. She arrived to us last month and we've been working so hard to get weight on her while we start the process of heartworm treatments. Violet definitely has some food aggression but we can't blame her since she starved for so long.

Help us raise some funds to cover her Heartworm treatments at Pet Palace Veterinary Center. Her three injections will be around $900

Mr. Scotty aka Dakota was found living on the streets of Texas in January by an amazing RPM foster family. They saw him for several days trying to persuade him to get in their car and one day he decided to take them up on their offer.

He was vetted prior to transport and that's when we learned the poor kiddo has heartworm. He's going to have to go through 120 days total of heartworm treatments including three expensive injections to get rid of those darn wormies!!

His injections will cost $310 per injection for a total of $930 can you help us get this lad a clean bill of health?

Lets also pray that they are able to find his street buddy he was hanging with as we've not been successful in catching her yet.

Meet Akira – Your Devoted Adventure & Snuggle Buddy!

Akira is a sweet, affectionate, and curious pup searching for her forever home! She’s the perfect mix of playful energy and couch potato companionship. After a good walk or two, she’s more than happy to curl up next to you for a nap—whether you’re watching a movie or working from home. She knows how to unwind and just enjoys being with her people!

Akira is a dream on walks—no pulling or barking, just happily strolling, sniffing, and soaking up the world by your side. In her foster home, she loved romping in the snow, proudly carrying her tennis ball (even though she’s not really into fetch), and wagging her tail in joyful helicopter circles. She’s also a pro at upside-down snoozing! Most of all, Akira is incredibly loving and thrives on affection.

She’s kennel-trained, house-trained, and has done well being left in her crate for a few hours at a time. Since she arrived underweight, she may have some resource-guarding tendencies, but she has done well in her foster home as the only pet. She generally gets along with other dogs but is selective about her friends—especially since she was previously a mama dog and had to stand up for herself. Because of this, she’ll do best with an adopter who understands and respects her boundaries with other dogs and can provide the structure and confidence-building she needs to thrive.

🚨 Special Note: Akira is allergic to corn, so her diet and treats will need to be carefully chosen.

Remember the pup with the mysteriously broken leg? Her medical situation is ongoing with several vets weighing in. It's a bit of a mystery how best to handle because it's not a simple situation. There were 2 litters from the same household, if you recall..... And there were also 2 puppies from the other litter with mysterious broken legs too! We don't have many answers but in the meanwhile WillowStar is doing very well and is a sweet and happy pup!

Momma Lily and her sweet babies Lennon and Lemon found themselves on the Euthanasia list in Texas a few weeks ago. Looks like we have some cherry eyes going on and that's no reason to not save this adorable family so we said yes!! They are absolutely adorable and will be arriving on Friday and be available soon for adoption

I gotta be honest, I am SHOCKED this girl hasn’t found a home yet!! Chloe is 20lbs full grown, extremely human oriented and an absolutely amazing dog. I took her to the last 2 events and while there she walked politely and only pulled on the leash once, sat by my feet at a brewery, greeted little kiddos and other dogs phenomenally, she basically did perfectly. Obviously with rescue we will never promise perfection, but this girl is probably the closest you will get🤣❤️

We just want to issue a MASSIVE THANK YOU!! We had such an incredible turn out on our last wet food fundraiser and with Wutan’s retirement fundraiser, we have genuinely just been blown away with the generosity of our community❤️ We love each and every one of you🥰

The dogs are incredibly happy getting their normal wet food treats and enrichment and Wutan has already received a few items from his list🥳
