One of our adoptable pups is feeling under the weather! Out of an abundance of caution, we will be removing some of our adoptable dogs off the floor. We want to make sure everyone is feeling their absolute best when going to their forever homes.
Adoptable Tail Heart, Max, Gabby, and all our cats will still be available to view during open business hours.

Daisy has now been with us for 4️⃣0️⃣6️⃣ days & we have NO idea why! 😭
💟She's incredibly polite.
💟She's absolutely treat motivated.
💟She enjoys other canine friends, of low to medium energy.
💟She is SO loved by shelter staff & volunteers alike.
💟While she loves to run in a yard, she is rather low maintenance.
💟We're not even sure we've ever seen her bark?
She's the beautiful girl that everyone sees first when they enter our dog adoption room. 💖 She always stands so politely, just wondering if each person that enters that room is finally the one that adopts her. And everyone overlooks her. 😞
Daisy was surrendered to us due to urinary issues, that we have since resolved. 🤓 She was a bit rough with the cats she previously lived with, but never aggressive. We have found at adoption events with her that too much chaos really stresses her out, so she will do best in a calmer home. ☮️ We just know Daisy is going to make an amazing addition to somebody's home! 🏡 Stop by the shelter to meet her during our adoption hours - 12 pm to 4 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Our volunteer coordinator got the dogs a new pool for these hot days. 💦 Roo appreciates it even without water. 😆 Brock doesn’t appreciate it, but loves you enough to tolerate you dipping his toes in. 🤭 Chop never turns down a good pool! 😍

We have a few unique kittens in need of forever homes! 😻🏘
An entire litter of kittens recently found their way to us, & all of them were diagnosed with a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia! 😯
Cerebellar hypoplasia is a developmental condition in which the cerebellum of the brain fails to develop properly. The cerebellum is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. 🤓
Don't worry❗️ The condition is not painful or contagious❗️ Pets with this condition typically learn to adapt over time. Some may require raised bowls, no stairs, or litter boxes with low sides.
All of them are able to have a normal life expectancy provided they are given some extra tender loving care. 💓
If you are willing to help a wobbly friend get through life, come meet them during our adoption hours! 11 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday, & 11 am to 6:30 pm Tuesdays.

If you’ve seen any of these cats in our adoption room recently you’ve probably seen them hiding out of fear. 😔 These cats are delicate souls with so much love to give! 💓 Our staff & volunteers do their very best to give these sort of friends patience, understanding, & reminders that people are good! In return they make us biscuits & we are here for it!!! 😍
We believe every furry friend deserves a chance & just know there are homes out there right for them!
We are also SO grateful for all of our volunteers, who come in & give our animals extra attention! Volunteers are incredibly vital in helping us make progress with the shy, scared, or timid animals in our care. 💝
