Aurora Kennel/Cat Nap Inn is owned and supervised by the Aurora Veterinary Clinic, also affiliated with Mantua Veterinary Clinic and Streetsboro Veterinary Center. We are both a short term and long term boarding facility, mainly for dogs and cats; however, we have also boarded rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and a pot belly pig. For those not wanting to leave your dog home alone during the day, we
also offer day boarding which automatically includes one on one play time for your furry friend. For an additional cost, we can also bathe and brush your dog before they go home. We have both a frequent boarder program and a referral program where you can earn free baths, nights at 50% off and free nights. Our front office is conveniently open 7 days a week between 8 am to 10 am and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for drop offs and pick ups. All of our kennels have their own separate outside runs so your dog can stay safe from others, yet enjoy lots of outside exercise also. We also have a fenced in play yard with artificial grass and a bin full of toys for individual play times with one of our trained staff members. When the weather is too bad outside, we can move most playtimes inside where our Indoor play room has a rubberized floor for safe, non-slip playing.. Aunt Sue keeps the place running smoothly and can usually be found at the kennel Monday thru Friday from 7 am until 3 or 4 pm, sometimes in the evenings or on weekends. Aunt Emily is also in to help out Monday thru Friday with cleaning and play times, while Aunt Sam, Aunt Amelia, Aunt Brooke and Uncle Mitch can be found playing with the dogs early every Saturday and Sunday along with some weekeday evenings. Aunt Megan usually covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. As you can see, there's lots of lovin' to be shared while your pet is staying with us. Our philosophy is to treat every pet as if they were our own and that we do. We feed Science Diet Sensitive Stomach and give Milk-bones for treats or you are welcome to bring in your own food and treats also.
