Hello again, wanted to let everyone know I won't be available via texts after 10/15 to 11/7, I'm and take a vacation and recharging my batteries. I'm also dealing with a few health issues I hope to get resolved once they're figured out. I am currently fully booked right now till I return, please contact to schedule your appointment for when I get back from my recharge as they're going to fill up fast.

I have no operating hours as the weather and clients decide them since I'm by appointment only I will do dogs at midnight if I have to and if I know I'll be awake enough.

I have added drop in pet sitting to my options of services as sometimes I just want to chill with the furry cuties. This is currently closed and will reopen with availability in mid November.

I'll post more info about some changes coming too as well as more info on the pet-sitting when I return. Hope the weather cools down and it really starts to feel like fall soon.

Hello, sorry for the radio silence I am terrible about remembering to update this. During the summer I will not be accepting appointments in my salon after 10a due to the heat unless its pouring rain, working on getting the AC installed but having some difficulty with that. I still will do and accept appointments for house call (in your home) at any time as long as I'm grooming inside in the AC. This is for my safety and your furry loved ones as well.

Prices will be increasing soon and I'll inform of new cost at next appointment.

I am also accepting inquiries for drop in pet sitting, this is where we will set how many times you want me to swing by your place and check in on your pets, feed, let out, give meds and more per day. Anything from 1 time a day to however many you need. Time frames for drop ins will be set at booking. Price for this service is determined by distance from me, how long you want me there (amount of animals doesn't matter) and services you want (giving meds is pretty much the only thing I'll ask more to do). I can also do a house call groom and take care of your pet while doing this service too.

I have knowledge with Livestock, poultry, pet birds, rodents, reptiles (this includes their feeder bugs), fresh water fish, rabbits and more.

I will never ask for personal info outside of what's needed to book an appointment, if you get any emails or texts, even a phone call claiming to be me please ignore it and contact the phone number of PSG, or email me at my email. I've been getting bombarded with spam texts and emails starting late last week, almost 15 a day sometimes more, and someone tried to get personal info changed to their info with an account I'm with by pretending to be me. I use VPNs and anti-virus software but those types of people have so many tricks I can only do so much.

Something I don't know if anyone is aware of with me. I will barter/trade my services for items or services I need. Somethings I'm very much after is a vehicle that can tow 2500lbs or more, a small building or space to come and go to film things for Youtube (mainly item reviews and doing art), and a handful of other items. I'd also trade for another Japan Vacation XD hey I can dream right.

These are just some huge things I do really need (minus the vacation that's more a huge want) and will start using right away once received. If you are a licensed electrician, plumber, vet (with own practice) and you'd trade service for service I'll be game for that too. I'd also be willing to groom sedated animals at your clinic too for vet services as long as you have space or a set up for this to be done. Other items I'm after are out there, like I said if you want to inquire about this please do worst you can get is an "I'm sorry I'm not looking for that right now"

I hope everyone had a happy New Year.

I will be raising prices for services starting with your next appointment for my home based salon, house calls and mobile, so if you have one coming up with me your next appointment will be the current price and I'll be informing of the change at the appointment. It will be between $5-$10 depending on where/how I groom your pup, due to the cost of products, gas and sharpening of my tools rising it will help me continue to provide the best services I can to you and your furry family member.

I still want to get a mobile unit but even used they are still a pretty penny so it might be a while.

Had my boy cross the rainbow bridge on Thursday. It's been very hard and I'm still having violent breakdowns and chest pains from this. He wasn't even 6 yet and I've had him since he was 6 weeks old. He always will be my special boy. Please understand my lack of reply to you during this time.

Sorry for the radio silence below kinda explains why. I've been quite busy.

After next week, starting 5/14, unless I'm mobile I'm taking 2 days off each week. I cannot physically keep up with working for 20+ days straight. Only exceptions will be emergency grooms, this means you need grooming due to something that is outside your control or unplanned. Due to this I won't be taking any new clients for house calls or my in home salon until things calm down. I just need to take care of myself before I'm broken. Which 2 days off will probably be random as it'll be dictated by the first appt booked that fills up the 2 days I'm not working at ATFF.

I really don't make this call lightly but it is starting to take a toll on me and I need to rest and recharge or I'll break/burn out and I don't want that. Closer to October this will be waived as I know I'll need to fit everyone in before my time off.

Pipe frozen in the garage salon, it's out of commission till further notice (aka till I know the pipe isn't cracked come thaw or till pipe is fixed if broke/cracked) thankfully it'll be an easy (hopefully cheap) fix and I have heat tape and better pipe insulation on way. Once I get electric and the wall heater mounted life will be easier.

I'm fully booked till the end of this year at As The Fur Flies, unless I end up working the 30th then I'll have a few spots.

I'm taking house call appts for Jan, book NOW, as I'll be working ATFF as much as possible due to being gone to the land of the rising sun almost all of February.

The only days as of now I can't house call are 1/2, 1/13 (unless small), 1/29 and any Wed/Thurs/Sat as those are my normal ATFF salon days.

Also in March there WILL be a price increase of $5-$10 this is due to prices of my supplies going up and the cost to keep my equipment sharp going up. This is only for my home salon, mobile and house call clients as ATFF already did a small increase.

Sorry for radio silance, I've been hard at work getting the salon up and running in the garage. All I have left is electrical but it IS up and running for small dogs, Puppies, or Large breeds that I have groomed before (So I know they'll fit on my table).

Also I have VERY limited availability for grooming till January, In February I will be away for 2 weeks and unable to reply at all just giving a heads up

Tub is supposed to arrive tomorrow, they "attempted" a delivery Wed but nothing. Plumber arrives tomorrow to get the water fixed and set up. Hanging the curtains I bought till I can build the walls.

Not a fan of the Update Facebook did to pages! It's taken me a bit to get used to.

I'm currently building a home based salon in a garage of the house my family member owns (as I have no garage). I have a small table and bathtub just ordered! My next step is figuring out the floor, install curtain rails to make a defined grooming space in the 2 car garage (I plan to build walls but those are things I can do along the way while on days off. I do still have to install the tub (aka get plumbing fixed) and install an outlet or 2 and AC/Heater.

I have VERY few spaces left in the salon (As The Fur Flies - North) between now and middle of October.

House Call I'm booked till last weekend of Sept and I still have a few spots for Mobile on Oct 1st and 2nd.

Officially booked till Sept for house calls, however depending on your dog, location and what you'd like done I might be able to fit one or two more in before then.

Mobile is still booked till November, but that will fill up fast as will December.

I have a 8a open at the salon on Thursday for a small dog haircut, or bath if your dog isn't over 60lbs and has hair the length of a normal German shepherd.

However if you'd like to inquire or ask to be booked I might be able to find a spot to fit you in at the salon, again this depends on the type of dog you have an what you'd like done.

Spots will be booking up soon for September as I'm not going to be house calling only 2 or 3 days a week instead of the 3-4 I have been doing as I'm working on a private project (will be announced later) and I have pre-planned events coming up between the 1st of Sept and the new year.

Between mid October and Dec 24th are some of the busiest times for Groomers and I recommend booking now to have your spot secured as you can always cancel or reschedule if things change between booking and the appt date.

Sorry for the radio silence. I'm still taking house call appointments however I'm booked through Sept for House Calls at the moment and booked for mobile van appts till around November unless it's a small dog or easy bath (like a short haired dog).

My salon openings are almost fully booked till Sept, remember if you want to book a salon appt with me you can go to As the Fur Flies - North and book via their online or you can message/DM me.

Just a good reminder, walk your pup on the grass or with paw protection if you must walk in the warm hours. It's recommended to walk them in the morning or evening when Temps are lower.

As much as I hate to do this, due to the rising cost of gas prices my house call and Mobile prices will be going up. Those who go to me off 620 prices will be going up by about $5 possibly more. I'll be notifying each client of the new prices at time of current appointment booked for their next appointment to prevent any issues.

Most house calls will only go up $5-$20 (depending on your location from my starting point) and mobile will be going up between $10-$20.

Thank you for your understanding. Again till will take effect on your next appointment, or any appointments booked after the end of June.

This just allows me to be able to visit everyone who need appointments, keep my tank full to come out and still make my bills.

Just a reminder I do still offer 3 different types of house call services!

1) Full service (bath only, bath with haircut, bath and tidy, puppies intro to grooming.)

2) you bathe/dry and I come and do the haircut, if I do have to dry or wait for fur to be totally dry it is an extra fee. This service is usually $15-$20 less than full service as it's less time and I'm not using my shampoo/supplies to bathe.

3) Dirty Cut. Haircut only no bath. This option might not be avaliable for all dogs due to type of cut wanted and type of coat texture. This service is priced between the other 2, as I need to have my blades and shears sharpened more often when cutting unbathed coat.

I also offer a bath and go option where I come, bathe and give a good towel try and done. This is great for dogs with anxiety, seniors, and dogs with certain health issues. These start at $30 for small and do include nails, ears and teeth as well. Just no brushing or drying outside a towel.

Starting June 28th, Paw Star will be open for House call grooming only!

I'll still have a salon location but I'll be working for/with As the Fur Flies - North as their groomer. You may still contact me to book your salon appointment. Due to this there may be a price increase to your services but I'll let you know if you're appointment will have any price changes.

I am closing online booking via square, you'll be able to book for me via their portal if you wish to book online for an appointment in salon.

I have a couple of Bath or Small dog Haircut appointments for Tuesday and Wednesday. I also have space for Mobile grooming appointments on June 11th and 12th, however these spaces are limited to those who live in Leander, Liberty Hill, and Cedar Park (if you're just outside these city limits I might be able to make it work) these spaces normally book up quick but since this is the first part of Summer break I have spots open.

Let me know, Mobile isn't book able via my online booking app.
