Let’s talk food for your GSP with & ⬇️

Your GSP’s digestion is a complex process of digestion, absorption, and elimination. Feeding your GSP the right kind of food can play a role in maintaining his or her health.

When researching the German Shorthair Pointer breed we’ve seen many GSPs generally have sensitive tummies, but they are also prone to other diseases of the digestive tract like bloat and gastric dilation.

It has also been recognized that corn, wheat, and soy can cause skin allergies alongside other adverse reactions, including digestive issues, in the Pointer breed.

Why bring this up?

We’re curious what your experience has been with food and treats for your shorthair.

George seems to have an iron stomach - nothing seems to phase his tummy 😂
