We are a family run kennel showcasing our love for German Shepherds. FAQ's:
Q: Are your dog's raised in a cage? A: No. A: You will receive lots of puppy snuggles!

Our family dogs are raised within our home and bred for temperament, excellent companionship, loyalty, and breed standard. Our dogs live with us in our house and our barn 12 months of the year. They have a 20' x 50' kennel that is located outside and is connected to an 8' x 8' heated and cooled mini barn that they can use to run and stretch their legs and enjoy being outside! We also live on 11 1/

2 acres that the dogs frequently run about on. Q: What do I get with the purchase of my puppy? Also your dog will come with a collar, a fresh bath, a 1 gallon bag of dry dog food that is the same kind that our parent dogs have been raised on, a registration package so that you can register your dog with the CKC, a birthing report that includes birth weight, time of birth, gender, and records of vaccinations and wormings. Q: Will I get updates on my puppy before they come home to me? A: We strive to keep our page updated and will also send you a once weekly update with a picture of your puppy. Q: Can I visit my puppy before they come home? A: By appointment you are welcome to come and see your puppy for a short period of time. The beginning stages of life are good for the puppy to remain mainly with it's Momma and siblings to feel safe and begin learning what being a dog is all about! Q: How old will my puppy be when it comes home? A: 6-8 weeks old. Konkler's GSD Kennel will release puppies at our discretion between those time periods. Q: Can I reserve a puppy? A: Yes with 50% down and $100 non-refundable deposit. Q: Will my puppy get mixed up with someone else's puppy? Our puppies wear color coded collars, have constant family attention, and our home, barn, kennel and outdoors have video cameras so that we can easily identify when/if a puppy has lost its collar. Interesting facts:
The German Shepherd Dog is currently the 2nd most popular dog in the United States. According to the AKC the German Shepherd Dog is ranked as the 3rd most trainable breed of dog in the world. And lastly, according to Konkler's GSD Kennel, the German Shepherd Dog can easily be ranked 1st in your heart! We hope you visit us soon!

Today is the day! Happy birthday sweet babies! Momma is in labor and has had 3 beautiful babies so far. 2 males and 1 female.

Our sweet Gracie Bear is in early labor. I would suspect we will have puppies tomorrow. She is content on the couch and does not wish for Waylon or Schatzi to bother her. Prayers for smooth delivery for momma and babies! Will update once we start having babies.

These little firecrackers are 7 weeks old today! CKC registered German Shepherd puppies. They are vaccinated, dewormed, and come with a welcome packet that includes a collar and a food sample, 30 days pet insurance and registration papers. Located in Austin, IN. Mom and dad on site and wonderful family pets. Socialized daily and raised in our home. Puppies are available now. Message us to schedule your appointment and put your deposit down!

These sweeet babies are almost 3 weeks old and starting to play, so precious!

Our sweet pups playing in the snow this weekend ❤️🐾 Working on potty training and following commands! The black and tan female is still available!

These sweet babies say happy New Year's Eve!!! It's not too late to come pick us up and spend new years snuggled up with one of us ❤️🐾🎉 1 male and 3 females left. 7 weeks old today!

These precious babies are one week old today! They will be six weeks old on Christmas Eve! They are growing so much and their little ears are starting to open. Lots of changes will happen this week. 🎄❤️ Message us for details! We would love to help pull off a Christmas surprise! We ended up with six males and three females. One all black, the rest are all black and tan and some have white markings as well.

These sweet babies are almost 3 weeks old. They are walking and starting to play. They are so precious! We will allow for appointments to see them and start choosing your puppy at 4 weeks. Sweet Schatzi mama is in labor! We have so much going on right now in our personal lives but the beauty of new life never stops! Schatzi is the best, and she is an experienced mama, but we will still be here for her and help her through this whole process. Our sweet Gracie is preparing for delivery. Daddy just fixed her towels and she said “Hey! You messed them all up !“ 😂 Sweet girl is going to be the best mommy. Expecting puppies soon!

Wagging tails

Mommy needed a little break and went running in the snow and ice for a bit. As you can see with these wagging tails, everyone is happy to have Mommy back!
