ADOPT ME! 10-month-old Billie is blind but that doesn’t stop her from living life to the fullest. She demands kisses and cuddles, and she will seek you out for affection. She’s great at navigating her space, but, of course, she should be kept indoors with minimal fall risks. Billie, who has the cutest bobtail, enjoys playing with toys and loves being with people. Petite Belizean girl Lluvia is ready to start her next adventure with you! She started her life on the island of Caye Caulker in Belize and is now in Austin looking for her furrever home. This sweet and friendly 7-month-old girl is leash trained and loves to go outside. She also loves to play with toys and birdwatch.

ADOPT ME! Sweet Coco is an eight-month-old rescue cat from Belize, who is looking for her furrever home! She was, sadly, shot at with a BB gun and had to have one eye removed. But that doesn’t slow her down at all or stop her from being incredibly affectionate with people. She has lived with another cat but could also do well alone. She’s leash trained and loves her daily supervised outdoor time. Coco is playful, loving, and healthy. What more could you want?

Austin's three largest animal shelters are joining forces for a “300 Homes” adoption promotion by asking the community to come together and adopt a dog or cat! The goal of the partnership, which kicks off on Saturday, May 27 and runs until June 4, is to find loving homes for 300 animals in just one week.
During this special promotion, adoption fees will be waived for ALL animals at Austin Animal Center and most animals at Austin Pets Alive! and Austin Humane Society.
We are incredibly grateful to APA! and AHS for committing to pull medium/large dogs from us if they can open up some kennels. We can do this, Austin!

Update; he’s just been adopted again! Little Damon's adopter changed their mind so he's again on the prowl for his furrever family!
