CANCELLATION POLICY:

I kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

For the first cancellation without a 24-hour notice, I will provide a one-time forgiveness and waive any cancellation fees.

In the event of multiple cancellations without a 24-hour notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount of service, and I will refund you the remaining balance.

I charge this fee to cover the costs of preparing for your pet's visit and the time I set aside for them.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me by phone or Facebook messenger. If you leave a voicemail or send me a message, I will consider that as official notification.

If you have to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency or something unavoidable, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will assess the situation. I understand that unexpected things happen, and I will do my best to be flexible and accommodating whenever I can.

MEET AND GREETS:

As part of my pet service, I require a one-time meet and greet session with both the animals and their owners. This allows us to determine if we are a good fit for each other and gather detailed information about your pet.

During the meet and greet, I will spend time with your pet to understand their personality, behavior, and any specific needs they may have. I encourage you to provide as much information as possible about your pet's dietary restrictions, medications, behavioral quirks, and any other important details I should be aware of.

This meet and greet session is essential for establishing trust and ensuring that I can provide the best care for your pet. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and discuss your expectations for the service.

The meet and greet session typically lasts for a specified duration, allowing ample time for introductions, discussions, and information gathering.

If, after the meet and greet, we mutually agree that my pet service meets your needs and we are a good fit for each other, we can proceed with scheduling future appointments. However, if either party feels that it is not the right match, there is no obligation to continue with the service.

The information gathered during the meet and greet will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing quality care to your pet. I respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information.

BOOKINGS:

I kindly request a minimum of 48-hour advanced notice for all bookings. This allows me to adequately prepare and allocate resources for your pet's care.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate short notice bookings whenever possible. Please reach out to me, and I will assess the situation to see if I can accommodate your request.
For regular, non-emergency bookings, I strongly encourage you to provide as much advance notice as possible. This helps ensure that I can reserve the desired time slot for your pet's care and make any necessary arrangements.

CONSENT OF PICTURES:

If you are comfortable with it, I would love to feature your pets on my social media posts. It would allow others to see the happy moments and experiences we share together. It can also be a way for you to proudly share your pet's adventures with your friends and family.

That being said, I want to emphasize that your consent is of utmost importance to me. If you do not wish to have your pet's pictures shared on my page, I completely understand and respect your decision. Your privacy and preferences will always be my priority.

OVERNIGHT PET CARE: 8pm-8am (12 hrs) / $80 a night

MEOW CARE: $6 per additional cat

As a crazy cat lady myself I offer top-notch care for your feline friends. My services include feeding, fresh water, treats, playtime, change of their litter box and plenty of soft pets and cuddles (with consent of course). I prioritize their needs and provide a loving environment where they can feel comfortable and content. Let me take care of your beloved cats, ensuring they receive the love, attention, and playtime they deserve.

ADDITIONAL DOGS:

KITTENS AND PUPPIES: $25

I provide exceptional care for your little bundles of joy. From the early stages of bottle feeding to helping them with bathroom needs, I ensure their well-being at every step. I create a warm and safe environment where your puppies and kittens can thrive. I understand the importance of rest for their growth and development, and I will provide cozy spaces for them to relax and recharge. Gentle playtime is essential for their socialization and stimulation. I engage them in age-appropriate activities that encourage their curiosity and promote healthy development. Safety is my top priority. I closely monitor their surroundings, ensuring they are in secure spaces and free from any hazards. Extra care is given to meet their specific needs.

BASIC GROOMING: *$15 per dog*

I will gladly give your pooch a basic bath (shampoo and towel dry).

* If you also have birds that you would like for me to water, feed and give gentle attention too I will gladly do it as well for a fee of $4 per bird.

In addition, I will keep in contact with you through your preferred method of contact ( Facebook messenger or phone) during the time of our visit. At time of check in I will let you know that I have checked in, and also let you know when I have checked out. I will give you pictures of your precious fur babies and details about our Pawsome vist!

Knowing about any behavioral quirks or training that the pet has received will help me interact with them more effectively and help to avoid any potential issues or conflicts.

OWNER PREFERENCES AND CONTACT INFORMATION:

It is important to know the owner's preferences for how the pet is cared for, as well as how to contact the owner in case of an emergency or other issue.
