Founded with a salvage diesel truck, a manure fork, and a lifetime interest in recycling, composting, and organic gardening, Joe's Organics reduces waste and produce value out of "trash". The unseen tons of organic waste going to our landfills everyday should be the soil that a new healthy local food economy grows out of.

We’re honored and excited to be paired with the incredible Chef Rick Lopez of La Condesa Austin this year! Not only is he a phenomenal chef, but he embodies Farm-to-Table in every sense of the phrase. We're lucky to have him as a treasured client, friend, and now FGF partner. So pumped!!
