�Zoe was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 1 year old in 2019. She loves to play and run, go on car rides, and give slobbery kisses.
�Rocky was adopted from San Antonio Great Dane Rescue as a 3 & 1/2 year old un 2015. He was a therapy dog with the child protective services docket at court, stress relief at the airport and schools/colleges and visiting patients at hospitals (now r

etired).
�Emma was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 4 month old puppy in 2012. She loved to run, play chase, roll in stinky stuff, and watch Hallmark movies. She passed away at age 7.5 years due to cancer.
� Logan was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 4 &1/2 year old in 2009 and went on to have many wonderful adventures as a pet therapy dog, competing in K9 Nosework, and traveling around the country with family on epic road trips. He passed away at the age of 10 due to cancer.

The perfect accessory for your 🐶
I had to throw an old gym mat down there for Rocky’s bones and get extra creative tying up all my wires & cords securely.
He hasn’t quite figured out that he can exit out the back instead of underneath. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😣 When you’re an 11 & 1/2 year old Great Dane, you pretty much get to do what you want. 💕🥰

☀️ Texas in December. Going to be in the 80’s this week. Personally I prefer the normal 50’s, but these two are happy as long as the humans are around to wait on them, provide rides, walks and snacks.

Rockys leg is healed enough I let him play for a short time last night. He’s wearing braces to help prevent further injury and they don’t seem to hinder him much. Zoe was so happy to have her tug buddy!

This page is dedicated to the adventures of our rescued harlequin Great Danes - Rocky and Zoe, plus memories of our very special original angels Logan and Emma who are waiting at the rainbow bridge.

Zoe was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 1 year old in July 2019. She enjoys playing with stuffed animals, balls and chasing water from the hose. She LOVES other dogs, especially Great Danes, and forms strong attachments to them.

Zoe can take a bit to warm up to new people, but when she does, there are lots of snuggles and kisses. She is very different from Emma, yet also reminds us of her in so many of her mannerisms. Zoe is helping us heal from losing Emma, and filling her own special place in our hearts.

Rocky was adopted from San Antonio Great Dane Rescue as a 3 & 1/2 year old in August 2015. He loves food, snuggle naps, road trips, food, and volunteering as a pet therapy dog. And food!

Rocky was intrumental in helping our family heal from losing Logan. They are very different dogs, yet he filled the void with his affection and unique personality from day one. It was love at first sight for me - my heart was full again in that moment.

Emma was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 4 month old puppy in May 2012. She loved her stuffed animals, road trips, running off leash, rolling in stinky stuff, nose work and watching tv (especially the hallmark channel).

Emma was silly, sensitive and extremely vocal. She was also very picky about people so there are only 4 special humans Emma loved in the world and a few others she tolerated.

We lost Emma to cancer in spring 2019 at the age of 7.5 years. She will always be our littles.

Logan was adopted from Paws of Austin Great Dane Rescue as a 4 &1/2 year old in June 2009 and went on to have many wonderful adventures as a pet therapy dog and traveling around the country with family on epic road trips. He loved ice cream, off leash walks and me.

Logan taught us what it meant to make a dog a true member of the family and bond completely. He was my heart dog, and letting him go was the almost unbearable. We lost him the winter of 2014 at the age of 10 due to complications from cancer (hemangiosarcoma).
