This is a fast-acting, highly fatal toxin that can affect pets that swim in or drink affected water. And contrary to popular belief, it can be present in flowing as well as stagnant water.

Town & Country is incredibly excited to announce that we have an amazing doctor joining our team starting late June! Dr. Amiri Fowler Cadena is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University. She was an active leader in multiple veterinary student organizations, and she has special interests in dentistry, surgery, and behavioral medicine.

While Dr. Cadena is passionate about small ruminant and feline medicine, she's excited to provide the most up-to-date, gold standard care for all of her large and small animal patients. Our TCVH family is so lucky to have her!
