All Knots 4 Kritters items are handmade with attention to detail by Michele Woods in Texas.

Custom made rope halter and leads for horses and other livestock; collars, leashes and other accessories for dogs and cats; and a variety of items for people too. Knots4Kritters livestock products are made using flexible, soft, and strong Solid Braid Polypropylene rope and are available in a variety of bright and vivid colors. This rope is designed not to rot and has good abrasion and UV resistanc

e, allowing for the color to last the life of the rope. Lighter than Nylon or Polyester this rope also floats and has excellent resistance to oil, marine growth and most common chemicals.

550 Paracord is used for the weave highlights on livestock items and to make most people and companion animal accessories. It is extremely durable and washable while being rot and mildew resistant. Because it is available in a wide variety of colors everyone can customize their items to be made using their favorites.

Working on a new project and so far we are very excited about it!! This is a weave we have not done before so it’s taking a little time to figure out lengths of materials needed but finally came up with a basic formula. This is only one piece of the puzzle - any wild guesses on what it might be?

BLING!!! Did someone ask for BLING?? Well, we got it! Just check out these beauties... Made with our longer neck dogs in mind, such as Standard Poodles, Dalmations, Afghans, Salukis, Greyhounds, Dobermans, etc., but many other breeds with shorter necks can wear the narrower flower collars made with Rhinestones also. Girls love sparkles you know!

Sometimes you just have to coordinate with your best friend. I love the turquoise with teal diamonds pattern in the paracord used to make this matching lanyard and collar.

I know most hunters and rifle enthusiasts prefer the more camouflage or forest/brushland type colors for a rifle sling but I have to admit it was really fun to make this bright and colorful one!

Research leads us to believe that dogs see the world through a unique color spectrum. Yellow and blue are dominant colors in a dog's color vision. This is the reason why so many people use blue and yellow Service Dog Pulls for training purposes. However once trained, a number of other color choices can be added such as these that we sent out yesterday.
