Quick update for my current clients! 🐶

🐾 I am now working Tuesday-Thursday every week! That means I will not be there Friday-Monday.

🐾 As most of you know I am very busy with my many other hobbies so I leave work at work. I will answer everyone’s messages whenever I can. Please be respectful if it takes me a few days to reply, I am not ignoring you! I am a young entrepreneur and I am only one person.

🐾 Prices will increase the first of March! I will have a new price chart posted on here as well as in the shop as soon as I get it made up.

🐾 I am accepting very few new clients, unfortunately still not accepting doodles as I have so many on the schedule already and they are such a large job!

Not directed at anyone in particular because it happens often, but if your dog has fleas PLEASE notify me before the appointment so we can prevent the spread to other dogs. I need to make sure no other dogs are in the shop and set aside time to disinfect afterwards. Thank you!

When you make an appointment with me PLEASE write it down, set a reminder, do anything to remember the correct date and time of your appointment. The amount of no-shows lately has been ridiculously high. I am very strict on the no-show policy. This is my job. This is my professional business. I have bills and payments the same as anyone else. When you don’t show up to your appointment I am unable to fill the time slot with no notice. It wastes my time. All I ask is that you respect me and my business. I know that mistakes happen, I make them too. But in order for me to afford to be your groomer you have to show up and abide by my policies
