Heartland Hound Farms is a family owned farm, bringing our puppies from MO to our hometown in MN. Welcome to Heartland Hound Farms!

We raise high quality, healthy, Basset Hounds and Labrador Retrievers! We do not show our dogs (although a few of them are from show lines). Our Labs and Bassets live as part of our family on a 200 acre farm, where they receive lots of love and attention. They have a very good temperament; very loving and loyal. All puppies will come with AKC registration/registerable, vetted, de-wormed, and a hea

lth certificate. Here at Heartland Hound Farms, our dogs are raised and loved by our family. Puppies and kiddos, what a wonderful mix!

Today is VET DAY! And we are doing a double feature on the girls!🩷🩷

The pretty girl on the left is named ✨️ Goose✨️ and she will be going to live in, Fort Atkinson, WI. She's super chill and so easy to get along with. Actually, sometimes she falls asleep on me during photo shoots which can complicate things. 😃😍

The darker girl on the right is named ✨️Doris Penny✨️ and she's going to live in, Byron, MN! She's more energetic in nature and although she started out smallest, she's surpassed multiple litter mates. She's absolutely charming!🩷

He went for a long ride on the side by side today. He is the perfect companion to any daily task. He's loyally by your side and eager to be included. He is going home to live in, Saint Francis, MN.

He is SO fortunate to be on his way to Newcastle, Wyoming, to live with his half brother! He is an absolute joy and I have no doubt will steal the heart of his new mama!

He is pulling to be biggest boy in the litter this week! He is friendly, loves to go for walks, he actually likes our kitties and loves to chase the leaves! He is going home to live in Edina, MN.
