It’s been quite a while since we were able to take a major medical dog, but we couldn’t say no to sweet Nessa. This 10 week old Pomeranian has a broken heart that needs repaired for her to survive. She has a large PDA that is causing heart failure and even making it difficult for her to breathe at times. She’s experienced some collapsing episodes making this a really urgent situation.

Because we have been unable to get her into cardiology quickly, her best bet was to heard to Purdue to see the ER and have their cardiology consult there. Her case is severe, and she will need to have surgery first thing in the morning. Without it she will not survive.

This is where we really need you. We have been given a $4000-6000 estimate. This is a very large bill that we will absolutely need help with. We have had many conversations about how we could go about helping her, and this really is the best route.

No seriously, we’re taking a much needed break and we will return on January 2nd.

Starting in January, we will be closed every other Saturday. Saturday nail trims will now be by appointment only. We will still have walk-in nail trims Tuesday-Friday from 9:15-5!

Thank you all for another amazing year! 2024 was so good to us, we’re excited to see what 2025 brings!
