Our sweet clients Maggie and Maeve are usually both with us on Wednesdays for daycare, and they have become such good friends! Not only do they get to play with each other and practice their social skills and etiquette, but they also work on their training together with Hailey. This is Ollie 🤍 He’s a new boarding client with us at The Proper Paw. We’ve been boarding his sisters for years and we’re so excited to welcome the newest addition to their pack!

Ollie is working on basic command reinforcement, and especially recall. He is also practicing his crate training overnight. Because he is such a smart and active pup, games and high value rewards are an important part of his training with Hailey!

No filter needed on this beauty 🥹 We absolutely love Willow! She has been a regular boarding client with The Proper Paw for several years now, and we just cannot get enough of this goofy and affectionate husky girl!

Willow and her siblings love running on the property and practicing training with Hailey. When they stay with us, they are treated to exercise, play time, snuggles, training reinforcement, 🦴 and more!

When your dog joins us for daycare or boarding, we spend time as much time as possible outside with them☀️ Your pup will enjoy playing, socializing, and training reinforcement under constant supervision, on our 2.5 acre fully fenced property. Your dog is guaranteed to come home happy, and tired out! 🥰

These new boarding clients have our hearts melting! Stormy and her brother Thunder are two very sweet, energetic and BIG Malamutes! We are practicing basic command reinforcement, social skills and leash manners during their stay.

Today our lead trainer Hailey took these two for a morning hike to burn off some energy, and practice some training. When your dogs board with us at The Proper Paw, they are guaranteed to ample, quality time outside. Your dog will enjoy playing and training on our multi-acre fenced and wooded lot, walks around our mountain neighborhood, and hitting the trails!

Maggie the Aussie Doodle! This little girl is about 8 months old. She’s quite intelligent and packed full of personality.

Maggie is a new Daycare & Boarding client with us at The Proper Paw. Because she is so smart, we have been incorporating games into our training, to keep her challenged and engaged.

Barcelona is one of The Proper Paw’s beloved regulars. Barci (for short), was a regular Walk & Train, Daycare, and Boarding client in the Denver area. Since The Proper Paw has relocated to the Bailey area, we were thrilled to welcome her for a Boarding this past weekend!

Barci enjoyed playing with The Proper Paw pack, exploring the new 2.5 fully fenced acre lot, snuggles with Hailey and her husband, and an epic fall hike ⛰☀️🍂

Clyde is SUCH a good boy! This doodle boy is so smart. He loves playing games like seek, and getting lots of one on one affection, but is not very confident or consistent around other dogs. We are working on structured meet and greets, social, and play time with other dogs, along with understanding and responding to social cues.

We’ve been snoozing on our social media game, but that doesn’t mean that the behind the scenes hustle has stopped!

Our lead trainer Hailey did have to take a little break for some health reasons, but we’re back and better than ever on a NEW, fully fenced 2.5 acre property in Bailey, CO. Stay tuned!
