Something special for you this Saturday, another team member introduction!

Meet Taylar Mae Thomas!

"I grew up in a grooming salon and started helping bathe at 14 and when I was 18-19 I was a golds gym front desk associate. I didn’t get back into bathing dogs until I was 20 as a kennel tech at a boarding facility first then I tried out the vet clinic world as a kennel tech and gained vet tech level knowledge like administering vaccines and handling injured/aggressive animals during a two year period. After 2021 I’ve been in various groom shops as a bather until year 2022 when I moved here and now have two years experience grooming.

My favorite breed is undetermined I just like a good dog.

My specialties is hard, I know I’m a power house employee for sure and can do my job swift and efficient always working at my 110%

I love working on sporting dogs like springers and all double coated dogs except newfies.

My goal is to be one of the greats and maybe compete and open my scissor line."

Meet the Team! This week, we'd like to introduce you to a member of the Fluffy Ruff team, Danielle Thomas!

"I am a mother of 5 girls. I started to learn how to groom in Lacey wa at the age of 18. I am now 47!! I have groomed from the coastal shores of California to the swampy bogs of Georgia!! I have started 2 successful businesses... paws n claws pet grooming and Happy paws pet grooming. I started grooming because our family always had a cocker spaniel.... once I was old enough to be the person to take care of her grooming needs, that's what I did. One day my dad told me to groom our dog ( Babe ) and take her to a groom shop and see if I could get a job. So it took me 2 days to get her just the way I wanted her I took her in and got a job that same day!!! They loved her!!!! I have been grooming ever since. And have passed down my skills to all my children!! They have all had their hands on a dog and clippers at one time or another. And most recently my oldest has become a full time groomer here at the fluffy ruff!!"
