Collecting Pet Food for the S’Klallam Food Bank
We are now collecting cat and dog food at our Kingston Adoption Center for the Port Gamble S’Klallam Food Bank. The Port Gamble S’Klallam Food Bank is open to all residents in the North Kitsap area. Please bring your donations to our Kingston Adoption Center on Sundays during Open Hours 12-2pm.
If you are a service group who would like to do a Pet Food Drive and bring in your donations please contact Savannah at 360-682-3366. We can also arrange for a private tour of our Kingston Adoption Center.
Together we can make a difference for the cats and dogs and the people who love and care for them. We are looking for both wet and dry food and treats.

November Buddy of the Month
Felicia was born sometime in 2013; I adopted her from PAWSBINK in February 2015, so she was almost two when I brought her home. This
beautiful black panther had been in at least two homes before, one with an elderly couple who couldn’t keep her as a kitten, and then briefly with another family whose original cat didn’t like her.
The evening of the day I adopted her, trying to be as diligent as possible, I tried to barricade her in my kitchen so that she would be contained and feel safe her first few days. I was on the phone with a friend in my room when Bloop! Felicia jumped on the bed. So I hung up, took her back downstairs, reinforced the barricade and went back up. Ten minutes later, Bloop! Felicia was back. I left her there, went downstairs, tore the barricade down and she’s slept on the bed ever since. On some chilly nights, she is right next to me and I move over to avoid disturbing her, then she moves over and the cycle repeats until she is in the middle of the bed and I am parallel to the headboard.
Names for her: Felicia-licia, BooBoo, KittyBoo.
Her trademark sound: Meep!
Favorite toy: tissue paper, any color.
Favorite springtime activity: Marking with her face each and every PAWS Gala basket! She is an honorary member of the Gala committee. =^..^=

Jack and his Pumpkin
Happy Halloween from Jack, all of his brothers have been adopted and he is looking for a special pumpkin to call his very own. He is super friendly and loves to be held like a baby.
