This colt has a good foundation and is ready to start on barrels. He's quiet, level headed and enjoys a job. He's been rode in the pasture and is the same if you ride him every day or once a month. I think he could go any direction you point him from the barrels, to the roping end and everywhere in between. It is with a heavy heart that I offer Blazin Vandy Candy for sale. Vandy is a 9 year old mare by Blazin Jetolena and out of a daughter of Sugar Vandy. She's won money in the futurities,amateur rodeos and is a consistent 1D horse to top of the 2D in the big shows. She makes the same trip every time. She's a push style mare that will not run by a barrel. Send her from the back 40 as hard as you can to first and she will inhale it. She runs on deep ground to hard gumbo to mud and doesn't bat an eye. I never worry about the ground with her! It won't matter if you get into the arena before the rodeo or not. She is seasoned and solid. She's good at the gate and will walk in or come running, whatever you want her to do. There are no holes in this mare. She's broke broke broke. Great to ride in the pasture and is one of my favorites to use on the ranch. You can do all the slow work you want with her, make a run, turn her around and she will walk the barrels on a loose rein. She has been lightly patterned on the poles and would make a phenomenal pole horse in no time at all. She's good to catch, shoe, clip, haul, not marish, etc. Her only vise is that she won't back out of a trailer. She would make a jam up high school, college or amateur rodeo horse. These types of horses don't come up for sale often. I will be picky with where this mare goes and the right home will be a must. She needs someone that is confident and aggressive for her push style of running. Never been injected. She is only for sale because with three little boys at home I just don't have time to rodeo. Please serious inquires only. She is not going to be cheap.

This was the 3rd run that Anita had to make that day. The first run, the timer did not work so we had a rerun 15 minutes later. Then we made it back to the short go and had to run one hour after our second run. This video shows how much heart and try this mare had. She was an amazing athlete and just an awesome mare!
