Dodger our with Studio 17 Live made a wonderful debut yesterday but his segment didn’t air because of breaking news. He got to love on everyone in the studio and have a fun day out of the kennel.

He has a kennel mate his size and does well with other dogs. They did not come in together so don’t feel bad to adopt. He is a sweet young boy that is not overly energetic. He shouldn’t get much bigger when he is full grown.

We Need Fosters 🙏🏻 To be more specific, Snoop and Dr. Dre need fosters. There are several dogs that will be spayed or neutered on Thursday ready to be picked up for foster that same day. These two boys are already fixed and can leave on foster tomorrow.

This would be short term fostering through Nov. 30th. Please call or come by the shelter to inquire. We are working on two transports at one time and will post more dogs as they become available for foster.

There are small, medium and large dogs available for foster

ADOPTION FEES ARE WAIVED THIS WEEK leading up to the Mega Adoption Event.
Pocus is our featured dog for She’s a sweet young girl with icy blue eyes. She does well in her kennel for now but we want her out of here in her forever home soon so she doesn’t get stressed in this environment.

She gets along with other dogs and is at the perfect age to train for your schedule, whatever that may be. She seems that she will be on the smaller side when she’s full grown. We’ve got a few videos in our stories from one of our volunteers that took her out to the play yard.

Who wants to enjoy Halloween leftovers with Poe 🍭 This petite girl knows sit, loves belly rubs and takes treats gently. She’s a sweetheart with people and gets along with other dogs too.

Isn’t barky in or out of kennel and pretty easy on the leash. We’re hoping someone sees all that they want in a new companion in Poe.

Come spend some time with our dogs till you meet your best match. Open 10am - 4pm. Adoptions closing at 3:30

Come visit us and the shelter dogs today from Noon to 3pm for candy and pictures with the dogs. Lydia is our featured dog, she is a great dog to take jogging or hiking. She’s good on leash and knows basic commands. Probably wouldn’t take her long to learn a new routine in a home rather than the shelter.

If you’d love to give her that, she’s also shown to do well with other dogs. Please don’t hesitate if you’re interested in any of the dogs here.

Meet and greets with the dogs will be open and adoptions close at 3:30. Help us get dogs out by fostering or sharing our posts as well.

This is Sally, A155406, 1 year old, 49 pound, lab mix. She is a bit shy and curious with a soft approach. She’s a sweet girl that seemed to learn sit quickly or maybe remembered how to sit after she got comfortable with the volunteer in the yard.
