1. we always take our time and ensure they are happy, calm and comfortable.
2. We always take them for walks in our secure yards while they are here for poddy breaks.
3. we give them lots of smooches =)
4. We always provide water drink breaks
5. we get them done asap and call mom or dad for pick up as soon as they are done so no pointless waiting in a kennel.
6. if your pet requires sedation for grooming, we offer that too if necessary.
