Notes from shelter:
Halo has skin issues and is believed to have a genetic deformation of her face. She is extremely thin and on supplemental feeding.
Halo is so pitiful but is still sweet and loving. She gave kisses. It is so hard to see a dog like this. Due to possibly a genetic condition - I do not think she has peripheral vision - she kind of looked sideways but had no problem at all. Since maybe genetic - she has compensated for this and only knows this.
Halo is 40 lbs - obviously should be bigger than this. She has some skin issues that need healing too. She is spayed and heartworm negative. Estimated as 5 years old.
Is there a foster that can show her what love is please.
