Hi Paw Pack, first of all thank you for the honor but I have voluntarily removed the Paw from the contest. Everyday you let us know we are the best and show it with your loyalty and support. The contest requires daily voting and I feel that time could be used to call an old friend, write a letter, check on your neighbors or take a moment to relax. We love you all, you are our Pack!

The hardest part of being a groomer is not the matting, bad pet behavior or unreasonable expectations from clients; it’s the loss of the elderly pets and unexpected deaths of those you’ve cared for over years. They may belong to clients but we think of them as our own. We may have dozens of loses in a single year. To be honest, I say good bye before most pet parents know what is to come. It’s a profession with an abundance of smiles and underestimated tears.
