🔥RSG Sires NEW ARRIVAL🔥
Nacho
👉Status: Now standing at RSG
👉Sire: Flanagan 20066 (Cool Hand Luke)
👉Dam: Flanagan 5028
👉Birthdate: 2/24/2023
👉Registered Southdown
👉Bloodwork: QRNNFFEDF
👉Owner: Flanagan Southdowns
From the heart of old school Texas genetics (Robinson, Jennings, Branham & Minzenmayer), with a sprinkling of Duron Howard, Forsee and Cole, Nacho’s pedigree reads like a Who’s Who list of well known breeders both past and present. He is big ribbed, wide pinned and combines Texas power with a dead level hip and smooth profile. He comes from the heart of the Flanagan herd. His dam was Reserve Supreme Champion Breeding Ewe at San Antonio and won a $12,000 scholarship. His sire only had one breeding season due to ingesting tainted feed but produced 7 top 10 lambs at Texas Majors, 3 stud rams and over 20 keeper ewes in one year. We are super excited about what Nacho can do for your flock!

We have had a great spring and lambing is done!! Last year was a great year we were able to put 10 lambs in the top 5 of the Texas majors and 18 in the top 10! This year’s lambs may be the deepest set we have ever raised…we will have lambs ready to go starting in early May. Lambs were born ranging from late January to early April. Be sure and let Stran know if you would like to take a look! (325) 656-1830

Super excited to see this one slicked off for the breeding sheep shows this spring! This young lady has been working extremely hard to get him ready! He is a Cool Hand Luke over 5028 (Shane’s scholarship ewe). Cool Hand Luke is no longer with us…but we were fortunate to put up semen on him a few months before he passed!
