We will no longer be able to take clients that are more then 15 minutes late and we'll have to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a $25.00- no show fee to their next bill. Our goal is to get our pet friends in-and-out on a timely matter and it is hard to do that when we are trying to rearrange late appointments. Thanks for your cooperation.
