Ok this may seem like a random picture but it’s not! Read below👇

Have you ever thought about how you sit in the car or at your desk?
When I am in the car, this is how my lower half wants to position; most people would say who cares. But what I find interesting is that this positioning is what gets me in trouble in the saddle. My left seat bone hugs the twist of the saddle while my right leg and seat bone want to come away from the saddle and so I end up with more weight on my right pinky toe than my big toe.
And my upper body would like to have the same rotation as well.
My car game is to try to play with my seat bones and get myself more square and stable in my lower half while filling out my low back and bringing my neck back, all without tension.
What does your body tell you when you’re not in the saddle?!
