Their dedication, leadership, and passion for pets and people truly set them apart. Here are Kennelwood's 2024 Manager of the Year, Assistant Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year!
🔹 Manager of the Year – Kelly Connor
(Kennelwood Reservations Center Manager)
With over 10 years at Kennelwood, Kelly’s expertise spans multiple locations, including managing both a Pet Resort and a Fetch facility. Her extensive knowledge makes her an invaluable resource for our clients, many of whom continue to ask for her by name. A perfectionist in the best way, Kelly is deeply committed to ensuring every pet parent has a seamless experience. She fosters a supportive and caring environment for her team, making her a trusted leader and a key part of Kennelwood’s success.
🔹 Assistant Manager of the Year – Jamie Chrusciel
(Maryville Location)
Jamie originally joined Kennelwood in 2021 and, after a brief time away, returned in 2023. Since then, she has been an incredible support system for the Maryville team, as well as assisting at our South County and Kirkwood locations. Reliable, steady, and compassionate, Jamie goes above and beyond to ensure both pets and their parents feel comfortable and cared for. Her dedication to the well-being of every pet in our care is unmatched, and we are grateful to have her on our team!
🔹 Employee of the Year – Heather Henderson
(Fetch Transportation Lead Driver)
Heather has been with Kennelwood for nearly two years, and in that time, she has become an essential part of our Fetch Transportation team. A hard worker with incredible attention to detail, she ensures every task is completed with precision and care. Her love for the dogs shines through in everything she does, and she has built strong relationships with our clients by always prioritizing their needs. Heather’s positive attitude and friendly demeanor make her a joy to work with, and she consistently upholds the highest standards of pet safety and customer service.
