🎥 Knox making his 1st competition run to kick off his career! Sara Parzy-Weller had a vision for Knox, but didn’t push an agenda on him. She’s done a great job of helping steward him…always keeping his best interest in mind. I’m grateful to be part of his journey and excited to cheer them on in his next season of life as a futurity horse!

🎥 Savvy’s 1st night of exhibitions! My plan is to hold her off until 2026 futurities. She’s got less than 30 days on the barrels. While she’s doing exceptionally well, I want to make sure she stays confident as we add speed. My goal is to help her be the best she can for the long run. Savvy will show me when she’s ready.

Loving this weather!!! My outdoor arena is looking great for lessons and open riding still!!!

I have 1 spot left in the 6-7pm session for the November Monday Night Tune Ups at Oasis Equestrian Center w/ Tuff Enuf Ranch/Beauvais Barrel Horses November 18 & 25th.

There are 2 dates available for the C**t starting and ground work with Tuff Enuf Ranch! with a horse!!!! December 7 & 21st.

If I can be of any help, in person, phone or virtual consulting....from lessons, coaching and consulting to taking your horse on consignment or for a tune up...don't hesitate to ask!

What you accept, you encourage.

This is true in many walks of life, but especially in the foundational stages of training a horse.

If you tolerate a horse that bullies you around and pushes against you, you are not only allowing that reactive behavior to happen—you are encouraging it.

It is your responsibility to set the expectation for how your horse interacts with you.

It is your job to demonstrate leadership and communicate with your horse in a way they understand.

It is up to you to set the tone for each training session and encourage your horse to engage the thinking side of its brain.

When you communicate your expectations clearly, you start establishing a relationship based on trust and understanding.

Thinking we could set up once or twice a month on a Saturday…limit it to a couple c**ts, more auditors than horses so we can do a really good job and give these babies the best start!

Savvy is coming along so nicely! This was a few weeks ago with about 2 weeks on barrels, not consistently. Savvy is really smart! When you show her how to do something, it better right…cause the next time she thinks she knows how to do it on her own. That’s why I’m taking it slowly with her. She really wants to work but doesn’t exactly know everything yet…broke pretty good but there’s still a couple spots we need to improve before we go back to barrels much.

Very excited to help this cool, gritty little mare find a new home 🏡 Bamf has been competing at High School Rodeos in barrels and poles. Runs 22 second poles consistently with room to improve. 1/2D at local jackpots in barrels, 3D in tough national competition. I’ve had the pleasure of doing lessons with her. Bamf knows her job and is super solid! She does run on lasix. If you’re serious about stepping up and having some fun, she’s one you will regret passing on! More info, pics and videos to come! A little breezy today but Eva didn’t mind! 🌬️ 🇺🇸 🌬️ 🇺🇸 🌬️ 🇺🇸 Miss Eva is available! Eva earned over $100k on the race track. Since then, she was used as a 4H game & trail horse. A couple years ago she sustained an injury in the pasture. Owners treated wound but never vetted. When wound healed, got back after it. Unfortunately Eva wasn't healed and in pain, which resulted in sourness in the arena. I bought her sight unseen, hoping I could help fix the issues and Eva would return to a speed horse. I vetted her and unfortunately it wouldn’t be fair for her to return to the speed events, but she is light riding sound per my vet. I walk & long trot her almost every day. Some days we lope…some days she runs like the wind in the pasture. Makes me think there is something that could be done to get her pain free 💯 but I’m not investing more at this point. No buck or rear, she’s just not comfortable every day. Our Story

Tuff Enuf Ranch was founded in 2005, the year Bronson and Jessica were married. Jessica and Bronson had their 1st date on a trail ride where Bronson rode Tuff (Lafavors Tuff Enuf) and Jessica rode Frosty {Hot Rebel Sun}. Both geldings were 3 yr olds at the time. Tuff is an irreplaceable gelding who we have affectionately named our 'ranch' after.

Foundation and well broke horses are very important to us at Tuff Enuf Ranch. We work with horses and riders from every level, from just getting started to proven winners!

Starting under saddle, tune ups, specializing in barrel racing and helping the horse be safe and as handy as you'd like :-) We do a ton of "general riding", making sure the horse is broke and will do any task that is asked of it, without hesitation. Barrel Racing, WSCA Games, Roping, trail riding, tons of natural desensitizing.
