Also, a bookstore update: we found a building in northeast Baltimore City for the bookstore. This one is a lot more affordable than the others available for sale ($185,000, instead of $500,000-$550,000), so we decided to focus on this one. Because this is a lot more affordable, we decided to lower the goal for our crowdfunding campaign.
