Happy 1-Year Work Anniversary, Taylor!

Join us in celebrating Taylor’s 1-year anniversary with the BBH team! Over the past year, Taylor has supported us part-time during her college breaks — from summer to winter, Thanksgiving to spring — all while completing her studies at Dickinson College.

Now that she’s officially graduated, we’re beyond excited to welcome her to BBH full-time as our Customer Service and HR Assistant! Even better, Taylor is staying in Baltimore as she pursues her Master’s degree in Human Resources.

When she’s not helping clients or hitting the books, you can find her singing in a choir, curled up with her sweet senior pup Cocoa, or enjoying a great read.

Taylor, your reliability, warmth, and dedication have made a lasting impact on BBH. We’re so lucky to have you on the team — and we can’t wait to see all that’s ahead!

Bay Playgroup – Reggie G.
Reggie might just win the award for Cutest Sleepover Pup! This sweet guy has the biggest heart and wants to be everyone's friend. When he boards with us, he proudly brings out his favorite stuffed toy (which is half his size) and sweetly tries to share it with the other pups. When it’s time to go home, Reggie becomes the gentlest giant—sitting patiently so he doesn’t knock over his tiny human at pickup. 🧸💙

Pond Playgroup – Cesar F.
If you’ve visited the lobby recently and heard what could only be described as a Husky scream—you’ve heard Cesar singing the song of his people. 🎶 Though his song has quieted, Cesar is still with us, making incredible progress! With a combination of medication, staff support, and quality time in the break room, Cesar is learning to trust and feel relaxed, even when humans aren’t close by. We’re so proud of him!

Creek Playgroup – Willow B.
Willow may be tiny, but she brings big energy and bigger tail wags every time she walks through the lobby! This happy little teacup greets every person on her way in before trotting off to the playroom with pure joy. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and all her handlers light up watching her sprint to her suite in Creek.

Our pup's Welcome Summer Luau this week was a total hit! The dogs had a blast playing, splashing, and soaking up the sunshine. Everyone brought the island vibes with wagging tails, and lots of smiles. It was the perfect way to kick off the season—good weather and happy pups all around. Can’t wait to do it again! 🌺🐾☀️
