From the very beginning, Susan and Stephanie have been integral to Baltimore Bark House, helping shape the community and care we’re so proud to provide.
✨ Susan wears many hats—our talented full-time groomer and our go-to for marketing! Her grooming skills leave our pups looking fresh and fabulous, and her creative touch helps spread the word about all the amazing things happening at BBH.
✨ Stephanie, our hardworking daycare enrichment specialist, keeps the weekend vibes alive by ensuring our pups have an exciting and enriching Saturday daycare day. And when Sunday rolls around, she’s often learning the ropes of grooming from Susan, proving she’s always ready to grind and grow.
These two bring incredible dedication, talent, and heart to everything they do. Thank you, Susan and Stephanie, for a phenomenal first year. Here’s to many more years of wagging tails and shared success! 🐾💖

Fireworks can be unsettling for many pups, so we create a safe and fun environment with an early evening walk within our secure fenced area and a late-night doggie dance party. Celebrate the season knowing your pup is happy and well cared for.
DoM Bronx and Verona
December’s Dogs of the Month at Baltimore Bark House are siblings Verona and Bronx, who bring unique energy and charm to our daycare. Despite their age and energy differences, both have found their place in our playgroups.
When Verona first joined BBH as a shy puppy, she was even scared of her own shadow. Today, she confidently strides into the lobby and thrives in the Bay Pack (Big Dog) group. Though she’s the smallest of the bunch, Verona loves the robust playstyles of her larger pals.
Bronx, on the other hand, is an excitable and opinionated older gentleman who enjoys his time in the Creek Pack (Small Dog) group. His big personality and strong preferences make him a lively addition to the pack. Originally, Verona started daycare to give Bronx a break, but once he joined in, he discovered just how much he enjoyed the experience.
These siblings show us how different personalities can flourish in the right environment!

Meet Jules!
Jules joined Baltimore Bark House this past August as a Doggie Daycare Specialist and Grooming Apprentice and absolutely loves spending the days with your pups, getting to know their unique personalities, and being part of their little worlds.
Jules is an artist who enjoys working with oil paint, quilting, and sculpture. Baltimore Bark House, located in the state recognized Highlandtown Arts District, is happy to support our own artists—check out Jules’ artwork in the lobby!
Dog of the Month Martha Quinn Terp
🐾 Meet this month’s dynamic trio! Martha, our growing puppy, loves playing with her spirited sister Quinn, but she’s getting too big to be worn out by her! Quinn’s quick to keep up but needs someone her size for play, while Terp, the sweet older brother, prefers calm social time. At the end of the day, they cozy up in a family suite, proving that different play styles make for the best cuddle buddies!

1year anniversary - Kellie and Suni
Though Baltimore Bark House officially opened in December 2023, Kellie and Suni were hard at work months before, laying the foundation (literally and figuratively) for everything we are today. From assembling the lobby shelves and labeling bins, to building daycare kennels—Kellie and Suni played a key role in bringing our center to life.
Over the past year, they've become the heart of our team. From hands-on work during our setup, to refining procedures, establishing SOPs, and training new team members, they’ve truly helped shape the future of Baltimore Bark House.
Thank you, Kellie and Suni, for your dedication, hard work, and commitment! We couldn’t have done it without you!
Dog of the Month - Cash
Say awwwww to our October Dog of the Month: Cassius AKA Cash!
Cash joined the Bark House as an energetic 4-month-old pup, full of puppy antics and enthusiasm! His dad knew the perfect time to start his social journey and brought him to us often to work on all the puppy basics—potty training, playing without those sharp little teeth, and learning when it’s time to rest.
Now, just two months later, Cash has grown into a confident 6-month-old who knows how to balance fun and chill time like a pro. He’s even become our go-to helper for shy pups who need a little encouragement to come out of their shells or for dogs who need a tolerant and patient playmate to learn playtime cues.
We’re so proud of this little guy’s progress and love having him as part of our Bark House pack!

Dog of the Month Wybie
Meet Wybie, our September superstar! One of the first pups to be registered with us at Baltimore Bark House back, Wybie has come a long way since his early days.
When he first arrived, Wybie was nervous and showed signs of anxiety, including salivating noticeably. He found comfort only with one of our team members that had joined us from his previous daycare. But with time, patience, and plenty of love, Wybie has blossomed into a confident and happy pup! 🌟
Now, he struts into the Bark House, ready to greet everyone and make new friends. We couldn't be prouder of his journey!
